Chabeli C Ramakatane – CEO

Mr. Ramakatane is the founder of Bareki, and serves as the company’s CEO. He has over 20 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply chain, Finance, Business Systems and Business Process Management experience gained at various blue chip companies like SAB, Masterfoods, Telkom, Nampak, SABS, Letsema Consulting and Wits University, with extensive experience in procurement transformation and supply chain optimisation. Chabeli holds a Registered Accountant Professional Qualification and is a Registered Member of the ACCA and LIA, Mr. Ramakatane also hold various certification on ERP (Financials, procurement & Supply chain) implementations with SAP, Oracle and JD Edwards(PeopleSoft). He also holds an  MSc – Purchasing & Supply Chain Management. 

Alpheus Lekganyane – Executive Director – Public Sector

Mr Alpheus Lekganyane has over 20 years extensive in Procurement & Contract Management acquired over many years in various roles working for Purco SA, UNISA, PikitUp, SA Post Office and Courier Group. He is highly skilled and trained in Public Sector Procurement and Supply Chain including legislation. He has extensive working experience managing and leading various organisations in procurement & supply chain space across several business disciplines and his experience includes procurement, contract management & administration, warehouse and distribution, logistics and lecturing in both business logistics and marketing management & experiential learning. Mr Lekganyane has a Bcom Admin Degree and various Procurement & Supply Chain Certifications. He has just completed his MBA with UNISA SBL.

Mphikeleli Cebekhulu – Executive Director – Business Systems

Mr Mphikeleli “Mec” Cebekhulu is the Executive Director at Bareki Consulting, His main functions are to ensure and maintain international quality service delivery as per his background.  Having got Operations Management background and has previously acquired  extensive experience in Integrated Project Management, Strategic Business Analysis and Business Systems Analysis in manufacturing Industry, Government Industry, and Municipalities as well as in Aviation Industry. 

Mec has over 12 years consulting experience  in Projects and Analysis Internationally across various countries in the world has made him capable of working and leading teams in any type of business Industry and has also let him capable of blending with new world technology in short time in order to perform improvements during analysis and design. Mec is equipped with an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Degree, and also has a Supply Chain Management Diploma, Project Management certificate including Prince II from the UK Office of Government Commerce, Business and Design for Global Enterprise certificate, Software Programming His biggest assignment was working as a senior business systems analyst in aviation industry in designing and upgrading software systems in various airports around the world such as Russia, Italy, UK, USA, Colombian, Brazil, Australia and various Africa countries.
