Independent scrutiny of whether a procurement process is fair, transparent, properly governed and well supported by due diligence.
The service
We examine the design and conduct of a procurement process against its approved rules, applicable requirements and principles of procedural fairness. Reviews can be performed during a live process or after completion, and include assurance work and due diligence on the parties and decisions involved.
Our role is independent and evidence led. We identify control weaknesses, conflicts, inconsistent treatment or gaps in the decision record, and provide practical recommendations without taking over management's decision.
