Over four months, Bareki reviewed GPAA's bid specification and evaluation processes, trained its teams, and produced an AS-IS diagnosis, gap analysis and recommendations presented to the executive.

GPAA required independent review and advice on its bid specification and bid evaluation management processes.
Its supply chain management processes, systems, structures, policies and procedures needed to be reviewed, documented and diagnosed end to end.

- Produced an AS-IS diagnosis report, a gap analysis report and a recommendations report.
- Presented all findings and recommendations to GPAA's Executive Committee.
